This petition is filed to condone the delay of 173 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Ms.Ramya V. Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite notice having been served upon the respondent and the name and address having been shown in the cause-list, none appears before this Court.

The delay is only 173 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 173 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
