JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Section 47 of the Guardian and Wards Act 1980 praying to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 10.11.2009 passed in G.W.O.P.No.874 of 2008 on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

2) On 10.10.2018, when the case is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal by endorsing that under instructions from the client, since the girl has attained majority, nothing survives in the above Civil Miscellaneous appeal and in view of the above he may be permitted to withdraw the present CMA and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3) In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
