ORDER
Pursuant to the Bailable Warrant issued by this Court on 24.08.2021, the petitioner is secured and presented before this Court by J6 - Thiruvanmiyur Police Station. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner was not aware of the hearing of the Writ Petition, as the erstwhile counsel did not inform him, since he passed away. However, the petitioner has taken steps based on the calculation sheet served by the respondents and paid the entire Entry Tax by way of Demand Draft on 27.08.2021. The proof of the same has been produced before this Court.
3. Thus, the Bailable Warrant stands cancelled and the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
