Despite the efforts of the appellant, he was unable to serve on the respondents 2,3,4,7,8 and 10. Therefore, the appellant has taken out these applications for taking substituted service, publication in one issue of Tamil/English daily having circulation in Chengalpattu. The said applications are ordered. The paper publication shall be effected in one issue of a Dhina Mani, having circulation at Chengalpattu for the hearing date 20.02.2024. In addition to the above paper publication the appellant is directed to affix the notice at the last known address of the aforesaid respondents and court notice board. The publication shall be effected ten days prior to the date of hearing.
