O R D E R
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the petition in CMP.Nos.4515 and 4516 of 2018 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the C.M.P.Nos.4515 and 4516 of 2018 are dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the order passed alone the CRP.Nos.SR.17730 and 17732 of 2018 are hereby rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to take up the petition in I.A.Nos.SR.8533 and 8544 of 2017 on file, if the applications are otherwise in order and to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

3. In view of the order passed in CMP.Nos.4515 and 4516 of 2018, CRP.Nos.SR.17730 and 17732 of 2018, are hereby rejected at the SR stage itselves.
