This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.42 of 2012.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that on completion of investigation in Crime No.42 of 2012, the respondent police filed charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode and taken on file as C.C.No.215 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 120(b), 420 and 406 IPC. He further submitted that this case pertains to job racketing and totally two accused were involved in this case and the petitioner is A2. Further, submitted that 110 witnesses have been listed as L.W.1 to L.W.110 in this case and now, the case was posted for initial questioning of the accused on 24.08.2020.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
