2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6 & 7 in the above applications submits that wife of deceased second respondent M.Chellamuthu namely Santhi is alive. The learned counsel for the appellant is at liberty to file appropriate application to implead the wife of deceased second respondent. 3.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
