Since there is a status quo order granted by the Division Bench of this Court as against the order dismissing the Application filed under Section 49 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking for enforcement of a Foreign Arbitral Award, no orders for the present can be passed by this Court.

2.These applications are adjourned sine die and parties are given liberty to move these applications as and when the Original Side Appeals are disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court.
