OP.No.749 of 2009 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY,J The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that seeking custody of the minor child Eshita Parthi Shri, the present OP has been filed. He further submitted that since the minor child attained majority, the prayer as sought for in this petition has become infructuous and hence, this petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
