Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the respondents, (1) the order passed by the third respondent dated 21.10.2002, bearing Ref. No. Na.Ka.A2/5723/2002, (2) Order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 30.01.2005 bearing Ref. No.Na.Ka.A3/70504/02 and (3) the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 10.05.2010 bearing Ref. RC No. K3/2408/08 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the land in S.No.897/22 (Old S.No.247/2A), to an extent of 0.01.34 Sq.
