JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants filed a memo stating that all the parties to the appeal have entered into a partition arrangement among themselves by means of a Registered Partition Deed dated 08.07.2016 bearing Document No.1282 of 2016 on the file of the office of the Sub-Registrar, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kuttalam. Hence, the learned counsel prayed that the Second Appeal may be disposed of as settled out of Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, did not raise any objection for the same.
