This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to set aside the order dated 06.10.2015 passed by the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Erode in C.R.P.No.27 of 2014, confirming the order dated 27.08.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam, in M.C.No.11 of 2010.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute has been settled out of Court. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
