O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to register and investigate the complaint dated 02.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner and others attempted to forcibly dispossess the tenant with the help of some members of the noble profession, pursuant to which, a case in crime No.327 of 2015 under Section 341, 320, 506[ii] IPC was registered against the petitioner and he was arrested on 20.02.2015 and was produced before the V Metropolitan Magistrate on the same day. Thereafter, the petitioner came out on bail and he lodged complaint against police officers, as if they had assaulted him in the station. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that enquiry has been conducted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police and the Deputy Commissioner of Police and it was found that this petitioner has made false allegations against the police officials. Copy of the Closure Report also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. In view of the above, no positive direction can be given and this petition is closed.
