This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 496 days in representing the Second Appeal SR.No.1124 of 2020.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", on or before 11.08.2023".

3. Post the matter on 17.08.2023 for reporting compliance.
