O R D E R

The instant transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P. No.1174 of 2019 from the file of Family Court, Madurai to the file of Family Court, Erode.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the parties agreed to transfer H.M.O.P. No.1174 of 2019 pending on the file of Family Court, Madurai to the file of Family Court, Salem, instead of Family Court, Erode. The submission made by the parties are recorded.

3. In the result, the proceedings in H.M.O.P. No.1174 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Madurai and is transferred to the file of Family Court, Salem, for trial. The Family Court, Salem is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond 45 working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end.

4. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as indicated above.

No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P.No.1302 of 2020 is closed.
