(This case has been heard through video conferencing) This petitioner who is an accused in Crime No.118 of 2015 has filed this petition seeking to quash the First Information Report.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet filed, taken on file in C.C.No.47 of 2016, which is pending trial before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Hosur and the case is posted for the appearance of the petitioner on the next hearing on 20.08.2020.
