This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner, his family members and others, on the basis of the complaint lodged by the second respondent herein, which was taken on file by the first respondent as Na.Ka.No.46/DCB/LG/SLM/2017.

When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter, as the complaint of the second respondent herein was registered as FIR in Crime No.90 of 2017, by the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
