(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Municipality.
2.The main prayer of the petitioner was that the renovation work being carried on by the petitioner in T.S.No.33, Ward No.31, Kadapperi Village, Tambaram, should not be interfered with by the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that at present no construction activity is going on, hence, the writ petition may be dismissed.
In view of the above facts, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
