O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the pretext of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that, on a complaint lodged by one Hari, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.371 of 2015 before the 2nd respondent Police.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the Police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the 2nd respondent Police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
