Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by two weeks for before the lower court in pursuance with order dated 18.11.2019 made in Crl.OP.30965 of 2019 on condition that he should surrender before the court within fifteen days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30965 of 2019 dated 18.11.2019 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered with cost and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 5,000/-[Rupees Five thousand only] to the Madras High Court Advocate Clerks' Welfare Association, Indian Bank, Madras High Court Branch, A/c.No.484077244, IFSC.No. IDIB000M157. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
