ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaints dated 17.09.2012 and 24.12.2013, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has not enclosed any proof of having given complaints dated 17.09.2012 and 24.12.2013 to the respondent police. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
