The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.2 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.2 of 2014, on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.280 of 2014.

3. Since the investigation was completed and charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.2 of 2014, the prayer made in the present petition has become infructuous. Hence, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

criminal original petition is dismissed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
