ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is agreed that the petitioner will file a reply to the notice dated 22.11.2016 along with the relevant documents to show that there is no violation of the building plan in the common passage by a shop as alleged in the notice and based on the materials produced, the concerned authorities will take a decision on the same.
2. The petitioner claim to have already sent a reply dated 02.12.2016 and if any supplementary materials are available, the same may be filed within one week with the respondent and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
decision on the said issue will be taken within a maximum period of two months thereafter.
