Today, this matter came up before me under the caption 'For Being Mentioned'.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while passing an order on 30.01.2019 in paragraph Nos.2 and 4, instead of "2.It is seen from the records that there is a case and counter. The complaint filed by the defacto complainant was registered in Crime No.916 of 2017 and it has ended up in filing of the final report in C.C.No.90 of 2018 before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. The complaint given by the petitioner in Crime No.915 of 2017 has also ended up in filing a final report before the very same Court, which is yet to be taken cognizance by the Court below. Both the First Information Reports were investigated by the very same respondent police.

4.The first respondent police is directed to number the final report filed in Crime No.915 of 2017 within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Court below is directed to conduct simultaneous trial in both the cases and

complete the proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

has wrongly directed "2.It is seen from the records that there is a case and counter. 3.Registry is directed to change the above mentioned paragraph Nos.2 and 4 of the order dated 30.01.2019 as

Both the First Information Reports were investigated by the very same respondent police.

and issue fresh order copy to the parties as well as the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.
