ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal dated 05.11.2022 preferred against the order passed by the 2nd respondent in letter No.3340/B5/2022, dated 10.08.2022 within the stipulated time as fix by this Honourable Court.
2. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that originally he filed a complaint before the first respondent for cancelling the document which has been executed by forged instruments. The first respondent has allowed the petitioners application and cancel the document. As against which, the 5th respondent filed an appeal before the Inspector General of Registration and the same is pending. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition to dispose of the appeal.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is 2/4
aged about 82 years and the respondents 4 & 5 are trying to grab the subject property illegally. Therefore, this Court may direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal which is pending on his file within the time frame as fixed by this Court.
5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 05.11.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
