ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.12.2025 seeking issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.
2. Since the aforesaid representation has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. The petitioner has not submitted any online application enabling the respondents to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. Necessarily, the petitioner will have to file an online application seeking issuance of patta.
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner is directed to submit an online application seeking issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition Page No.2 of 4
and if the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application to the 3rd respondent seeking issuance of patta in her name for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application submitted by the petitioner within the stipulated time, the 3rd respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the same, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.
7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
