Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st and 2nd respondents issued in Letter NO.6478/G2/2009-3 dated 20.07.2009; and in Na.Ka.No.24488/J1/2008 dated 07.09.2009 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to treat the petitioner as Primary School Headmaster as on 01.06.1988 and extend the G.O.Ms.No.160 Education dated 23.08.2005 and count the service rendered as Primary School Headmaster and Secondary Grade Teacher before 01.06.1988 for the purpose of selection and special grades scale of pay as per the G.O.Ms.No.1381 dated 05.10.1990 read with G.O.Ms.No.234 dated 10.09.2009 and to fix the pay accordingly and grant arrears of pay and then fix last drawn pay and send the revised pension proposal to the 5th respondent for sanction of pension and to grant arrears of pension.
