passed by the Third Respondent in Na. Ka. No. 0068/Admin/2023 dated 06.01.2023 and quash the same and further direct the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to continue in the post of Sales Executive within a reasonable time with all attendant benefits.

O R D E R

It has been noticed that there is a discrepancy in the names of the Respondents in the cause-title of the Writ Petition with that in the supporting affidavit. In such circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition against the proper parties before the jurisdictional High Court and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
