PRAYER :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to set aside the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in C.O.S.No.62 of 2024 by the learned Principal Commercial Court, Egmore at Chennai dated 30.09.2024.

ORDER

As directed by this Court an affidavit of undertaking has been filed in which the petitioner has stated as follows:- 1/5

4.I respectfully submit that I will not in any way alienate or encumber the property of an extent of 450 sqft at Door No.188E, situated at Poonamalle High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010, at any point of time pending disposal of the suit of COS.No.62 of 2024 and also agreed to furnish the security to a tune of Rs.5,00,000/- pending disposal of the suit within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. Hence this affidavit.

2.The affidavit of undertaking is recorded. In addition, the petitioner is directed to furnish security to a tune of Rs.5,00,000/- to the satisfaction of the Principal Commercial Court, Egmore, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The attachment will stand raised once the security is furnished. 3.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of modifying the order in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in C.O.S.No.62 of 2024. No costs.
