This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 02.01.2020 seeking for legal heir certificate.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application has not been considered so far. According to the petitioner, he is the adopted son of the deceased N.Santha, daughter of late Narasimalu Naidu.

3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the said application and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Since the prayer sought for in this writ petition is for considering the said application, this Writ Petition is disposed of only by directing the respondent to consider the said application and pass orders on the same, after conducting due enquiry.
