Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.09.2014 against the accused persons and investigate the same.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.09.2014 against the accused persons and to investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is represented that according to the petitioner, he has sent a complaint dated 17.09.2014 by post to the respondents. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 17.09.2014 to the jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
