This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the investigation registered in Crime No.888 of 2019 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, (L&O) H-6, R.K. Nagar Police Station, Chennai - 600 021 to any other Police Station or investigating agency.

2. Heard Mr.K.Sarath Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents has submitted that the investigation is almost completed and so far, they have examined some persons and about to file a final report.

4. Under this circumstance, the change of investigation would affect the entire investigation in Crime No.888 of 2019. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the second respondent and also ensure that the respondent is filing the final report within time stipulated by this Court.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
