(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by petitioner/husband of the detenue S.Sasikala, to cause production of his wife before this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2 and learned counsel for third respondent.

3. The alleged detenue is present before this Court along with her father, the third respondent herein. On enquiry, she stated that she is not willing to go along with her husband and she expressed her willingness to go along with her father.

Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is dismissed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum seeking his remedy.
