JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant represents that she has instructions from her counterpart in the lower Court that the matter has been settled. However, no written confirmation has been received in this regard. However no steps have been taken to serve the respondents all these years.

2. The second appeal is of the year 2008. Considering the fact that the respondent has not been served so far, the second appeal is dismissed for default. There is no order as to costs.
