Respondent Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent, to forthwith sell the gold bullion seized from the premises of the petitioners and to credit the seized cash and the sale proceeds of the seized gold bullion on account of petitioner no.1 towards tax, surcharge and penalty payable by the petitioner no.1 to credit 25% of the undisclosed income towards deposit in the PMGKY (Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Deposit) Deposit scheme for a lock-in period of 4 years, and to return the remaining balance amount to the Petitioner no.1 in accordance with the said Scheme upon filing of a declaration prescribed under the said scheme subject, of course, to fulfilment by the petitioners, of all the stipulations and incidents of the said scheme and the procedure prescribed in this regard.
