Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the respondents relating to the order of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.746, Home, dated 07.08.2001, the order of the 2nd respondent in Rc.No.20436/2001/B2 dated 04.12.2001 and the order of the 4th respondent in U1/37689/2001 dated 04.09.2001 and quash the same insofar as they relate to the properties of the petitioner herein instead of 'it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ calling for the records of the respondents relating to the order of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.746, Home, dated 07.08.2001 and the order of the 2nd respondent in R.C.No.20436/2001/B2 dated 04.12.2001 and quash the same insofar as they relate to the properties of the petitioner. O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that action has already been initiated under the TNPID Act and the Special Court has ceased of the matter. Therefore, the grounds raised in the present Writ Petition may be raised before the Special Court for the purpose of resolving the issues

in the manner contemplated. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Special Court, if any grievance exist.

2. With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
