RAJA, J., This Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to carry out the necessary amendment in the prayer as "to issue a Writ of mandamus or an other order or direction in the form of writ directing the respondents 1 and 2 to rectify the Deed of Sale executed by the Official Assignee in favour of the petitioner registered as Document No.201 of 2014 on 18.02.2014 in the Office of the first respondent by amending the Survey Number stated in the Deed aforesaid in respect of the property conveyed therein as "929/36/Part II instead of 329/1-A and to carry out the amendments in all the records concerned in the Office of the first respondent and to issue a Certificate to that effect of rectification to the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Finding no serious objection from the other side, the Amendment Petition is allowed.
