Crl.M.P.No.804 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.3895 of 2020 V. BHARATHIDASAN, J (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on the first working day of first week and third week of every month at 10.30 a.m and produce the vehicle until further orders.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3895 of 2021 dated 21.02.2020.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3895 of 2021 dated 21.02.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required and produce the vehicle.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
