This Court vide order dated 05.08.2024, directed the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within three months. 2.

Since the final report was not filed within the time, the 1/4

present contempt petition has been filed.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the respondent submitted that the investigation get completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur. The same has been taken on file in C.C.No.568 of 2025 on 18.06.2025. The contemnor has also tendered an unconditional apology for not complying the order in time.

Recording his apology, this Contempt Petition is closed as complied with.
