As directed by the order of this court dated 04.02.2020, compliance report is filed by the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore City. It is stated in the report that the Authority has identified the erred officials and also initiated departmental proceedings against them. The Authority seek further time for concluding the departmental proceedings and to file their report.

2. Therefore, in view of the request made by the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore City, two months time is granted for completing the enquiry and concluding the Departmental Proceedings and to file a compliance report.
