The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to refund the Security amount of Rs.8,45,460/-(Rupees Eight Lakh Forty Five Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Only) and to dispose the representation of Petitioner dated 16.07.2018 pending before the 2nd respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the petitioner is engaged in the business of Manufacturing Automobile Spare parts. The petitioner had obtained an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Industrial High-Tension Electricity Supply line from the 2nd respondent. On depositing the security deposit of Rs.2,09,108/- (Rupees Nine Lakh, Nine Thousand, One Hundred and Eight only), the deposit amount was enhanced and subsequently, the petitioner paid the additional security deposit amount of Rs.6,36,352/- (Rupees Six Lakh Thirty Six Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Two only). The Electricity Service connection provided to the writ petitioner company had been disconnected with effect from January 2018 as the petitioner had shifted their premises. However, the security deposit has yet to be refunded by the 2nd respondent. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent on 16.07.2018 and the said representation is yet to be considered.

3.Under these circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 16.07.2018 and accordingly, verify the details of the accounts of the writ petitioner and settle the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
