Crl.M.P.No.1630 of 2021 and Crl.O.P.No.3900 of 2021 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., This petition has been filed seeking for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court while passing orders in Crl.O.P.No.3900 of 2020, dated 21.02.2020.

2.This Court imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner shall produce the vehicle before the Court below on the first working day of the first week and the third week of every month. It is stated that the petitioner had complied with the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has already been filed before the Court below in PRC.No.13 of 2019. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that vehicle is a material object in the present case.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the change in circumstances, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to produce the vehicle before the Court below as and when required. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
