This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3369 of 2013 pending on the file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that after ful-fledged trial in C.C.No.3369 of 2013, the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, acquitted the petitioner.
