Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall produce the vehicle first working day of first week and third week of every Month imposed by this Honble court Crl.O.P.No.3897/2020 dated 21.02.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THULASI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to produce the vehicle on the first working day of first week and third week of every month.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3897 of 2020 dated 09.10.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3897 of 2020 dated 09.10.2020. is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to produce the vehicle and also report before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
