Today, a memo of compromise dated 27.07.2015 entered into between the parties, which has been reduced in writing and signed by the respective parties is presented before this Court. Today, the appellants and the respondent are present before this Court in person and they have admitted the terms of the Memo of Compromise and prayed for decree in terms of the memo of compromise. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The said memo of compromise signed by both the learned Counsels for the appellants and respondent and also by the appellants and the respondent is hereby recorded and the decree is passed in terms of the memo of compromise. The memo of compromise shall form a part of the decree. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions is also closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
