This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dismissing the petitioner's application seeking for interim injunction in I.A. 268 of 2019 in O.S. 139 of 2019, on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, at Alandur.

2. Considering the nature of order being passed in this Civil Revision Petition, which will cause no prejudice to the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. According to the petitioner, he has filed a suit for permanent injunction, and he has also filed an application seeking for interim injunction in I.A. 268 of 2019. In the above said application, the petitioner has completed his arguments, and for respondent arguments, the matter is adjourned for several hearings. The said application is pending from the month of March 2019. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

4. I have heard and considered submissions made by learned counsel appearing for petitioner and perused the records carefully.

5. Considering the limited prayer sought in this Civil 2/4

Revision Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur is directed to dispose of I.A. 268 of 2019 in O.S.139 of 2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
