O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.11 of 2015 on the file of 2nd respondent police to some other officers under the control of 1st respondent.
2. It is seen that the investigation in Crime No.11 of 2015 is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted now.
3. However, considering that the crime is of the year 2015, the 2nd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.11 of 2015 and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
