This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioners 2 and 3 shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25435 of 2022 by order dated 28.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and the petitioners 2 and 3 shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
