The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 07.11.2018, wherein and whereby, he sought for providing alternative accommodation, in the event of evicting him from the present tenement.

2. Whether the petitioner is entitled to such an alternative accommodation or not is for the Board to consider and decide. Therefore,this Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner. However, as the request made by the petitioner dated 07.11.2018 is said to be pending, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the said representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
