JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the appellant is absent. However, the learned Government Advocate is present and brings it to the notice of this Court that the appellant had availed the benefits of the Samadhan Scheme and got return of the document after paying the agreed amount under the Samadhan Scheme and hence nothing survives for consideration in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. No costs.
